In the unlikely event you may wish to return a purchase to Superia.co.uk you must act on the day your goods are received.

Simply notify Superia.co.uk - using the information on the ‘Contact Us’ page - of any item found to be incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, and return it by recorded delivery, in its original packaging, unopened and seal unbroken, to be received by Superia.co.uk within seven days.

If the item is found to be in any way defective, Superia.co.uk will be happy to replace your goods like-for-like, to credit your account in full, or to refund the cost of the item, together with, upon production of the appropriate receipt, the postage costs incurred.

In the case of unwanted items, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund on items returned unopened within seven days. In this case, however, all postage costs, including our shipping of a replacement item, must be borne by you, the customer.

Please Note:  Superia.co.uk cannot accept returns of worn underwear or used sex-toys for reasons of hygiene.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
